Adder’s favourite! Venison is an easily digestible, hypoallergenic protein that is a great alternative for those dogs with common meat allergies like beef, chicken or lamb. It’s also a lean protein, being low in fat and calories, being a great choice for dogs managing their weight while still providing the necessary protein for muscle support.

The meat is rich in several vitamins and minerals, such as omega-3 fatty acids which are brilliant for coat, skin and joint health. Dogs with skin issues caused by food allergies will particularly benefit from this protein as it’s not only gentle on the stomach but also helps soothe the irritated skin. Venison is also rich in iron, zinc and B vitamins, helping to support red blood cell function, immune function and energy production.
